| Romany Park is for those 55 years and over. No facilities are provided for children. The maximum period for visiting children is 15 consecutive days or 30 total calendar days per year and they must be accompanied by adults to any park building or to the recreation facilities. The term "children" is meant to include anyone under 18 years of age. |
| NO PETS are allowed. We are a pet-free community. |
| All Romany Park mobile home owners and residents must sign a yearly lease each January (during the first week of January). Mobile homes must be maintained to park standards to have the lease renewed. |
| Rent is due on the first of the month and is overdue 5 days after the due date. Late fees may apply. |
| Campers, utility trailers, boats, etc. may not be kept in Romany Park. Half ton or smaller personal pickup trucks that do not have tandem wheels may be parked on the lot. All other trucks must be parked in designated areas not on the mobile home lots. The use of motor scooters or motorcycles in the park shall be only with the permission of the office. |
| No lines of any kind, either permanent or temporary, may be used on the mobile home site for the drying of laundry. Residents must use the clothes drying area where lines are provided. |
| Washers and dryers not inside the mobile home must be enclosed. |
| One large utility shed, in good condition, per space. |
| When driving your car in the Park please observe the 10 MPH SPEED LIMIT. |
| Residents must apply and be approved for residency before residing in Romany Park. |
| Each resident is expected to provide his own materials for connection of utilities. Plumbing and electrical connections must meet city requirements. Copper or PVC lines are necessary for water hook up and 4" x 4" x 16" decorative blocks are required for skirting. |
| Metal awnings, and carports of solid construction may be attached to your home. You are required to consult with the management before contracting to have such work done. No canvas, plastic, or similar non-metallic material permitted. |
| Residents are required to keep their lots neat and clean. Management reserves the right to have unsightly lots cleaned and to charge the residents for this service. |
| Please do not walk through occupied lots without your neighbor's invitation. Please do not walk on the shuffleboard courts. |
| Radios and TVs must be kept at a low volume so as not to disturb your neighbors and preserve this Park's reputation for quietness. |
| Residents must secure the permission of the management to spray paint or to use tools belonging to the Park. |
| Residents are not permitted to plant trees. They are clogging the sewers and we have all the trimming we can handle. |
| Residents may NOT lease, rent, or sublet their mobile home. No sub-leasing. |
| The recreation facilities are provided as a courtesy solely to the park residents. All functions held in the clubhouse, with the exception of BINGO, are provided for Romany Park residents. Those who use the clubhouse are responsible for keeping it clean and orderly. When you leave the clubhouse, it should be in the same condition as when you arrived. |
